Killington - USA PDF Print E-mail
Killington presents an enormous variety of terrain spread out over 200 slopes, and is also a haven for snowboarders, with two terrain parks, three half-pipes and a boarder-cross course.

The ski resort’s vast size and numerous après-ski venues make it a great place for socialising, but those looking for a peaceful mountain getaway should be warned that Killington can get extremely busy, especially on weekends.

The resort extends over 87kms of terrain, and its 200 slopes range from novice (30 per cent) through intermediate (39 per cent) to advanced/expert level (31 per cent). A 10-kilometre ski run is the longest at Killington, and for even more distance, there are 56kms of cross-country trails in the resort and 170kms in the surrounding area. A system of 31 lifts provides access to the slopes.

Killington’s incredibly long ski season runs from October to June, with cheapest rates offered at the beginning of June and at the end of March. Children under six years of age ski for free, and discount rates apply for skiers over 65. The easiest way to reach Killington is to fly to Burlington and take bus transportation to the resort.
